2. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
3. Individuals who have been legally authorized to enter Japan or are likely to obtain such authorization.
4. Applicants must have a reliable guarantor.
■Enrollment Process
STEP 1 | Submit Application Documents and Pay the Screening Fee Please pay the application fee via bank transfer or Flywire. To start the enrollment process, you must first submit the required documents and complete the payment. |
STEP 2 | Screening by the Immigration Services Agency (Handled by Our School) Our school will apply for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) on your behalf. If we confirm your eligibility for admission, we will issue a preliminary acceptance. |
STEP 3 |
Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility by the Immigration Services Agency (Collected by Our School) Once issued, our school will provide you with the invoice for tuition and other fees. |
STEP 4 | Pay Tuition Fees After paying the tuition, please contact the school for confirmation. |
STEP 5 | Receive Your Certificate of Eligibility and Admission Letter Upon verifying your payment, we will send you the Certificate of Eligibility, an admission letter, a work permit for activities outside your visa status, and pre-arrival instructions, including guidelines for entering Japan. |
STEP 6 | Apply for a Visa at a Japanese Embassy or Consulate After receiving the Certificate of Eligibility, students should apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in their area. |
STEP 7 | Visa Issuance and Flight Reservation Once your visa is issued, book your flight. After making your reservation, send your electronic ticket to the school, showing your flight details and arrival time. |
STEP 8 | Enrollment Please arrive at the school on the designated enrollment day. (If you have arranged accommodation through the school, ensure your arrival aligns with the designated move-in date and time.) |

■About visa
●Student visa is a visa granted to students of Japanese language schools, Japanese universities, vocational schools, etc. The residence status will be "Student".
●Student visas are issued for a period of one year and three months from the date of entry, depending on the study period.
●Student visas can be renewed within Japan, and the period of stay can be extended depending on the period of enrollment.
●The maximum period of enrollment at our school with a student visa is two years.
●By having permission to engage in activities other than that permitted under the status of residence previously granted, you can work part-time for up to 28 hours a week. However, there are restrictions on the type of work.
●If you wish to obtain a student visa, you will need to submit the necessary documents to the Immigration Bureau through our school.
●The Immigration Bureau's examination time, the 6 month demand for successful student confirmation.
●Complete system of our school's laboratory.
■Those who have a residence status (Japanese residents)
Those with visas other than short-term stay visas include working holiday visas, dependent visas, spouse visas, permanent resident visas, and long-term resident visas. If you have already come to Japan or are currently residing in Japan, you can easily apply by letting us know your preferred campus and start date.
